TEAM Ambagan Regular secured 395 points to claim victory in the Men’s A division at Recover 5.30, Inc.’s golf tournament held at Rancho Palos Verdes and South Pacific Gold from Aug 16 to 17.
The team earned 200 points at Rancho Palos Verdes and 195 points, with 395 being the highest among all other divisions of the tournament. Members of the team are Francisco Paita Jr., Frankie Custodio, James Ian Sabado, and Wilmer Linuaje.
The first runner-up in the Men’s A division goes to Eaglemasters with players Addy Briones, Christopher Tan, Joseph Arguelles, and Roderick Lo, who scored a total of 392.
Second runner up is The Pork Shop team, amassing a total of 378 points by members Frederic Chiongbian, Jovi Neri, Juan Karloz Alba, and Marco Mendoza.
Other winners of the Men’s B division are team Bong Trucking FTB 2, which scored 352 points, followed by RDL with 345 points, and Admirals with 341 points.
For Men’s C division, team Safti champions scored a high of 307 points, followed by first runner-up Soliel Cafe at 295 points, and Moto 1 at 289.
Men’s D division’s top team went to Fast Green, standing at 254 points, trailed by Davao OGs 2 at 250 points, and Streetboys FTB at 248 points.
Finally, Chavacano Swingers topped the Seniors division with 351 points, followed by Eunicarl with 350 points, and FODC with 322 points.
The winners were rewarded with trophies during the award night held at the Philippine Women’s College auditorium on Aug 17.
Recovery Championship 2025, a Kadayawan Festival 2025 accredited event, featured exciting hole-in-one prizes like a one-hectare commercial lot in Palawan, a brand new house and lot, a Caterpillar mini excavator and soil compactor, a Kawasaki Ninja E-1, a Yamaha golf cart, and more.
