THE DAVAO City Police Office (DCPO) arrested several fugitives, including the Regional Top 4 and Top 5 Most Wanted Persons facing murder, qualified rape, and statutory rape, during intensified operations from August to September 2026.
City director PCOL Peter B. Madria said the manhunt operations neutralized the threats posed by the suspects and hopefully paved the way to give justice to their victims.
The successful apprehension of these regional most-wanted individuals underscores the DCPO’s aggressive stance on safeguarding vulnerable sectors and enforcing the rule of law across the city.
Madria commended the operating units for their relentless dedication and precision, noting that the breakthrough reflects the command’s unwavering resolve to hunt down fugitives from justice, protect the public, and ensure lasting safety and order in Davao City.
