MAKATI CITY – Ayala Land Inc. has secured recognition in two premium property segments after Park Central Towers and Lagen Island topped Robb Report Philippines’ 2026 Best of the Best selections for real estate and travel, respectively.
The recognitions, published on Oct. 15, highlight two distinct developments in Ayala Land’s portfolio: A luxury residential address in the Makati central business district and a resort destination in El Nido, Palawan.
Park Central Towers, developed under Ayala Land Premier, was named “Best of the Best” in the real estate category, while Lagen Island received the corresponding distinction in travel, according to the publication’s October 2026 features.
In its assessment of Park Central Towers, Robb Report Philippines highlighted the development’s use of space, landscaped areas, architectural features and residential amenities within its prime Makati location.

The publication noted that the 15,860-square-meter property retains substantial open space, with the two residential towers occupying only part of the site.
The development includes gardens, four sky terraces in each tower, approximately 6,900 square meters of amenities and common areas, and a three-storey retail podium, according to the magazine’s feature.
The residences also offer floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Makati, while select units have double-height spaces, semi-private elevator access, or private plunge pools and decks.
Located at the intersection of Paseo de Roxas and Makati Avenue, Park Central Towers sits across Ayala Triangle Gardens and is positioned near major commercial and lifestyle destinations in the Makati central business district.
The recognition comes as Ayala Land continues to develop its premium residential portfolio, with Park Central Towers representing its offering in the high-end urban housing segment.
In the hospitality sector, Lagen Island was recognized for its renewed resort experience in a natural setting surrounded by limestone cliffs, rainforest and the waters of Bacuit Bay in El Nido.
Robb Report Philippines cited the resort’s recent transformation, which includes fewer rooms and a wider stretch of beach, creating a more intimate setting for guests.
The publication also highlighted Lagen’s use of Filipino architecture, craftsmanship and Indigenous design references, alongside guest activities designed to encourage closer engagement with the surrounding environment and local culture.
Among the experiences cited were open-air movie nights on the beach, creative activities with local artists, and the preparation of small bamboo boats as offerings of gratitude to the sea.

The distinction adds to Lagen Island’s recent international recognition. In September 2026, Lagen was among four Ayala Land Hospitality properties to receive MICHELIN Keys, earning Two MICHELIN Keys in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide hotel selection.
Ayala Land Hospitality said the resort’s recognition by the MICHELIN Guide followed a year-long transformation aimed at refining its spaces, guest experiences and connection to Filipino craftsmanship.
The latest Robb Report selections provide separate recognitions for two businesses within Ayala Land’s portfolio, highlighting the company’s presence in both premium residential development and destination hospitality.
For the property developer, the distinctions place attention on two different expressions of its business: residential design and urban living in Makati, and a nature-oriented resort experience in Palawan.
