MONTEFRIO Garden Resort is positioning itself as a premier summer escape from the intense Davao heat, attracting guests with its cool highland climate and scenic mountain views during the peak season.
At PEP Talks at SM Lanang Premiere, Luis Salazar, senior sales and marketing executive, highlighted the resort’s cool mountain setting, scenic views, and relaxing amenities to attract both local and visiting guests.
Montefrio Garden Resort’s “April in the Highlands” offers new activities to enhance the guest experience, including a unique cable car ride that serves as both a transport feature and a scenic attraction.
“Our main goal is to attract guests and bring them to our properties so they can experience what Montefrio truly has to offer, with the majestic Mount Apo standing as our backdrop,” he said.
The resort also introduced new recreational options such as ATV rides and an arcade or gaming room, making every stay more enjoyable. It also positions itself as a good venue for events, summer workcations, retreats, and intimate highland weddings.
Located in the highlands, the resort features cool air, green surroundings, and a peaceful environment. It offers a relaxing escape from the heat and allows guests to enjoy nature.
“Currently, we are experiencing temperatures of around 19°C. The lowest we have recorded since last year was between 14°C and 16°C. The weather in Montefrio is cold all year round—there’s never a time when it isn’t chilly.”
As Montefrio Garden Resort continues to grow as a top highland destination, it remains committed to offering a refreshing escape from the city heat through its cool climate, scenic views of Mount Apo, and relaxing amenities that define the guest experience.
