Davao City – The Davao Ten-pin Bowlers Association (DATBA) will see action in the coming 2026 Batang Pinoy Games this December in Bacolod City.
“This will be the first time we will be sending entries for the Batang Pinoy Games. It will be a big challenge for our young bowlers,” said DATBA President Arch. Rameses Tancontian during Thursday’s 17 September Davao Sportswriters Association (DSA) Forum.
Tancontian added that DATBA will have five entries joining with high hopes in winning due to previous exposures through tournaments held monthly played at the SM Lanang Premier Bowling Center.
“We now focus on our young bowlers during our training and monthly tournaments. We prepare them for joining national and international competitions,” he said.
Aside from the Batang Pinoy Games, DATBA is also preparing for the SM National Bowling Championships as well as the DATBA President’s Cup this December.
