Cebu Pacific Vice President for Corporate Strategy Aileen Isidro and General Counsel Anne Romadine Tieng receive the airline’s Four Golden Arrow Awards from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).

Cebu Pacific has earned Four Golden Arrows from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), securing the highest rating among local airlines in this year’s Golden Arrow Awards.

The recognition marks an improvement for CEB, which received Three Golden Arrows in each of the past three years. It reflects the airline’s continued efforts to strengthen its corporate governance practices and promote transparency, accountability, and responsible business management.

The Golden Arrow Awards are based on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS), which assesses publicly listed companies on key governance principles, including shareholder rights, sustainability and resilience, stakeholder relations, and disclosure and transparency.

“Moving from Three to Four Golden Arrows is a meaningful milestone for Cebu Pacific. It reflects the progress we have made in strengthening our governance practices and our continued commitment to doing business with transparency and accountability. As we grow, we remain mindful that good governance is key to earning and keeping the trust of our stakeholders,” said Atty. Anne Romadine Tieng, CEB General Counsel.

Among these governance areas, CEB recorded its biggest gains in sustainability and resilience, underscoring its progress in integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into its corporate strategy and risk management.

“Our improvement in sustainability and resilience reflects the progress we have made in making sustainability an integral part of how we run our business. We continue to advance our ESG initiatives and strengthen how we identify and manage sustainability-related risks. These efforts support responsible business decisions while building a more resilient airline,” said Aileen Isidro, CEB Vice President for Corporate Strategy. CEB serves 35 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
