THE DAVAO City Police Office (DCPO) arrested 107 individuals and confiscated over P 1.7 million worth of illegal drugs in several anti-crime operations from July 20 to 26, 2025.
Acting city director Col Mannan C. Muanip said police units conducted 37 anti-illegal drug operations, leading to the arrest of 52 suspects.
Authorities seized 288.2128 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P1,671,698.40, 28 grams of marijuana valued at P3,360, and 17 tablets of Ecstasy worth P28,900.
Meanwhile, the DCPO arrested 11 suspects and seized P 1,950 in bet money from seven anti-illegal gambling operations. Seven cases related to these operations have been filed.
The DCPO also arrested 27 most wanted persons and 14 individuals from 41 operations against fugitives.
Furthermore, nine operations on loose firearms led to the apprehension of three suspects and the seizure of four guns. An additional four firearms were surrendered, and three were turned in for safekeeping. The DCPO filed three cases in connection with these operations.
