PLDT’s consolidated service revenues for home continue to grow, reaching P30.4 billion, a 4% year-on-year increase, driven by steady fiber demand and maintaining its lead in the fixed broadband market.
In the home segment, Fiber rose to P29.5-B with a 7% versus last year, accounting for 97% of the segment’s revenues. PLDT Home’s strong performance continues to expand its reach through Fiber Prepaid to widen access for reliable and unlimited fiber services for Filipinos.
Home accounts for 31% of the company’s service revenues (P97.1-B total in the first half), along with Individual on 44% and Enterprise for 24%.
“Subscriber momentum remains strong with 169K net adds in the first half, over three times higher than last year’s 50K net adds,” PLDT chief financial officer Danny Yu said during an online briefing on Aug 12.
The company’s subscriber growth remains robust, reaching 3.53 million fiber subscribers as of June 2025.
Yu added that PLDT will continue to lead in its ARPU (average revenue per user) and low churn, with ARPU holding a firm P1,485 for the first semester, being the highest in the industry. Low churn’s improved quarter-on-quarter stands as a testament to new network reliability and brand equity strength.
