Last March 16, Ayala Land Premier marked a new milestone in Anvaya Cove with the topping-off ceremony of the Maya Building at Searidge Residences. The ceremony signifies the expansion of the residential offerings within its seaside leisure community in Morong, Bataan. Following the success of Seabreeze Verandas, Searidge Residences is the community’s second residential condominium development and the first of three planned mid-rise buildings in the complex.
The project is designed as a low-density residential building with only seven to nine units per floor. Located approximately 110 meters above mean sea level, the development offers views of Ilingin and Buin Cove. Rising at only seven floors, the building maintains a scale that complements the natural landscape of Morong, Bataan while preserving views of the coastline and surrounding mountains.
The thoughtful design of Searidge Residences is apparent in the attention given to every detail. Created to immerse residents in nature, the development dedicates approximately 60–70% of its space to open areas surrounded by lush greenery. Each unit is designed with a private balcony ranging from about 6 to 17 square meters, providing additional outdoor living space. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows further enhance each home by allowing ample natural light and ventilation to maintain comfort indoors.
The property is walkable to one of the key amenities at Anvaya Cove, the Golf & Sports Club which features an all-weather, 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course that spans approximately 7,200 yards across 82 hectares. Set against the Zambales Mountain Range, Mount Natib, and the waters of Subic Bay, the course has received international recognition, including Southeast Asia’s Best Golf Course in 2025, and has consistently ranked among the Top 100 Golf Courses in Asia.
Residents will also be able to enjoy the facilities of the Beach & Nature Club. Situated in Anvaya’s Ilingin Cove, the club offers beachfront and nature-oriented amenities designed for outdoor recreation, relaxation, and gatherings, allowing members and their families to enjoy the shoreline and surrounding natural environment.
On top of this, Searidge Residences is set to have its own amenity area. The plan features a barbeque pavilion, a pool complex, and a playground area, thoughtfully designed to offer experiences for residents of all ages. Maya Building sold out within 48 hours last February 2025, this record highlights the market’s preference for resort-style developments centered on exclusive living and reconnecting with nature, all found at Searidge Residences. This sparked the launch of its neighboring building, Kilyawan, made to share the similar design, sea and mountain views, and amenities with its predecessor.

From Cherryl Uy
The measure of success is not height or scale, but how well we respect the land, the views, and the quiet rhythm of the sea and the hills that surround us. It is a privilege to help shape a community in a place where nature already provides such a remarkable foundation.
What we have achieved in this generation is truly yours (when talking about partners, consultants, and stakeholders)
