MANILA, Philippines — P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin has been named Best Developer – Luzon at the Philippines Real Estate Awards 2026, presented by Dot Property Group and Lamudi, during the awards ceremony held on Sept. 17 at Okada Manila.
The recognition highlights the partnership’s contribution to the Philippine real estate industry and its continued commitment to developing quality communities and expanding homeownership opportunities for Filipino families.
