The data highlights key trends and characteristics of the individuals who help keep mobility and delivery services accessible in cities nationwide.
Based on the platform data, the most common first name among driver-partners is Jose, while the most common last name is Dela Cruz. The average age of driver-partners is around 35, reflecting a workforce largely composed of individuals in their most active working years. By age group, about 19% of driver-partners are 19-25 years old, 43% are 26-35, 29% are 36-50, and around 9% are 51 and above.
Motorcycles remain the most common mode of transportation, used by 79.6% of driver-partners due to their efficiency in navigating dense urban traffic. Autos account for 12.3%, while the remaining driver-partners use bicycles and trucks. Among vehicles, the most popular models include the Toyota Vios, Mitsubishi Mirage, Toyota Avanza, Mitsubishi Xpander, and Toyota Innova. Black is the most preferred vehicle color on the platform.
In terms of mobile usage, 76% of driver-partners access the platform through Android devices, while 24% use iOS. During the analyzed period, the number of driver-partners increased by approximately 45.3%, indicating steady market development and growing interest in platform-based mobility and delivery services.
