THE CITY’S finest leaders and changemakers will take center stage at the LEAD Davao Awards 2025, an annual recognition that celebrates individuals whose leadership, excellence, and service have made a lasting impact on Davao’s progress and its people.

This year’s awarding ceremony will be held on Nov. 21, 2025, at Seda Abreeza Hotel, gathering honorees, civic leaders, and partner institutions for an evening of inspiration and recognition. The event is made possible in partnership with the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA), Aboitiz Power Corporation, Therma South, Inc., Davao Light, Aboitiz InfraCapital, and CitiHardware.

Now in its latest edition, the LEAD Davao Awards continues to recognize exemplary Davaoeños who embody the ideals of leadership, excellence, accountability, and dedication to service.
