MANILA, Philippines — International EDM artist Janus Freeman, now based in Makati, is bringing a new kind of electronic music experience to the Philippines — one designed exclusively for the live stage and produced first and foremost for Filipino dance floors.
Originally from Europe, Janus Freeman has dedicated his current work to writing and performing high-energy, high-impact EDM that exists only in the moment. His music is not released or streamed — it can only be experienced live, inside the club or at the event. Having just completed a full track list of new, original EDM material, he is now preparing to enter clubs and festivals across both urban and rural areas of the Philippines.
“My ultimate focus is the dance floor,” says Freeman. “I produce music specifically for live shows, where energy, movement, and connection with the crowd matter most. The Philippines has an incredible audience, and I want my music to be felt here first.”
Blending Modern EDM, Future Rave, and Bass House, Janus Freeman delivers powerful club sets built to keep crowds energized, engaged, and fully locked into the experience. Each performance adapts to the room, the crowd, and the flow of the night.
As a foreign artist living in the Philippines, Freeman sees his role as a bridge — introducing a modern international EDM sound to new audiences, including regional and provincial communities, while fully respecting and performing for local dance floors.
