DAVAO-based startup HAVE IT Software company was awarded accreditation for two years from the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), inching a little closer to RideIT’s operation in the region.

LTFRB has officially accredited HAVE IT Software Company as a Transport Network Company (TNC) under LTFRB Board Resolution No. 005, Series of 2026.

The Pre-Accreditation Committee for Transport Network Company has issued Committee Resolution No. Series of 2026, on Jan. 20, the dispositive portion of which recommended the Approval of Accreditation of HAVE IT software corporation for two years.

This, after finding the applicant is qualified, financially capable, and compliant with all other requirements under Memorandum Circular No. 20121-066.

Following the recommendation, the Board resolves to approve the accreditation of HAVE IT  for two years.

RideIT is the region’s pioneer transportation super app designed to offer commuters a safe, reliable, and convenient way to book taxi rides while supporting local transport operators and drivers.

With the accreditation, HAVE IT is expected to strengthen its operations and expand accessible digital transport solutions across the region.

LTFRB XI regional director Nonito A. Llanos III said this marks another milestone in the advancement of technology-driven public transportation services, primarily in Davao Region.

“This development reflects the agency’s continued support for the innovative platforms that promote safe, regulated, and technology-enabled mobility for the riding public,” he said.

“We are looking forward to having IT’s close coordination with our agency, especially in ensuring the safety and comfort of our commuters,” the director added.

RideIT officially launched its app in April 2025, aiming to alleviate the problems of the commuting public in the city.
