COUNCILOR Bonz Andrei Militar revealed the plan to submit a proposal to digitize the DCplinado program by shifting its module online for easier access by schools in Davao City.
“The youth are being guided from an early age to become disciplined, showing how the people of Davao practice discipline,” he said during the Pulong Pulong sa Dabawenyo on Tuesday, April 21.
The Dabawenyo DCplinado program has already started rolling out printed DCplinado modules in December 2025.
The DCiplino module has already been integrated into the curriculum of the Department of Education-Davao City Division, particularly covered by the Araling Panlipunan and values education subjects.
The program seeks to teach students about respecting laws, civic responsibility, gender equality, cultural sensitivity, and care for the environment.
The program was created through City Ordinance 0552, passed in 2024.
