eXp International has announced that it is now the largest independent, non-franchised real estate company in South Africa, following rapid growth that has seen its local network expand to more than 1,400 agents.
With 1,400 agents operating nationwide, eXp Realty South Africa now leads the independent sector by a clear margin, underlining the strength of its agent-first, cloud-based model and its appeal to professionals looking to scale their businesses without the constraints of traditional franchise structures.
This sustained growth has also propelled the business to become the third largest agency overall in South Africa, having climbed from outside the top 6,000 nationally to reach a top-three position in just five years.
The announcement comes as eXp prepares to bring its international community together at eXpcon Cape Town, where leaders from across the global network will meet to discuss growth, innovation, and the future of real estate.
