CITY POLICE director PCOL Peter B. Madria led an unannounced on-the-spot inspection at Police Station 18 (Bajada) on Oct. 19, 2026, reinforcing strict personnel discipline, alertness, and operational readiness across local police units.
Accompanied by deputy station commander PLT Alea Janine R. Añoz, Madria conducted a comprehensive review of the station’s duty rosters, physical readiness, and operational protocols.
The surprise visit comes as the DCPO intensifies internal discipline and performance audits across all police stations in the city.
During the inspection, Madria evaluated the availability and vigilance of duty personnel, issuing direct reminders regarding adherence to PNP operational standards, ethical service, and public accountability.
“This hands-on supervision reflects DCPO’s unwavering mission to uphold professionalism, vigilance, and integrity in serving the people of Davao City,” the command stated.
The DCPO leadership reiterated that regular, unannounced field inspections will continue across all precinct command posts in Davao City to ensure personnel remain alert and responsive to community security needs.
