THE NEWEST upstarts in the Pinoy-pop (P-pop) scene are preparing to make their mark as YUDi releases its pre-debut single and music video.
During the Habi at Kape forum in Abreeza on Wednesday, June 24, the four-member group—composed of Yuri, Iris, Elise, and Vivi—revealed that their upcoming pre-debut live concert release is set on June 27 in GroundZero, Bago Aplaya.
The concert will also serve as an introduction to their combined artistic style and vision.
While many groups have emerged from Luzon or Visayas, YUDi represents a fresh voice from the south, aiming to inspire performers across Mindanao.
The group hopes to stand out not only for their music but also for highlighting Mindanao’s culture and talent.

“We want to represent Mindanao and share our music with Filipinos everywhere proudly,” the members stated.
They also shared some challenges they encountered preparing for their pre-debut while assuring the audience about working hard to improve their craft and inspiring Mindanaoan youths to pursue their passion in music.
