Lagen Island and Raffles Makati receive Two MICHELIN Keys, while Pangulasian Island and Fairmont Makati receive One MICHELIN Key
MANILA — Four Ayala Land Hospitality properties have been recognized in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide hotel selection, with Lagen Island and Raffles Makati each receiving Two MICHELIN Keys, while Pangulasian Island and Fairmont Makati each receive One MICHELIN Key.
The recognition makes Lagen Island and Raffles Makati the Philippines’ only Two MICHELIN Key hotels in the 2026 selection, while bringing the total number of MICHELIN Key properties in Ayala Land Hospitality’s portfolio to four.
The four properties span two distinct markets and demonstrate the breadth of Ayala Land Hospitality’s portfolio — from nature-based resorts that are integral to the El Nido destination to internationally branded luxury hotels serving Makati’s business and lifestyle district.
The MICHELIN Key is the MICHELIN Guide’s distinction for outstanding hotels, recognizing properties based on criteria including architecture and design, service quality, individuality, value for money and connection to destination. One MICHELIN Key signifies a very special stay, while Two MICHELIN Keys recognize an exceptional stay.

In Makati, Raffles Makati received Two MICHELIN Keys, recognizing its distinctive interpretation of the Raffles tradition. The all-suite hotel combines the brand’s heritage with intuitive service and a distinctly Filipino approach to hospitality.
Fairmont Makati received One MICHELIN Key, recognizing its contemporary approach to five-star hospitality, with spacious accommodations, dining and wellness experiences in the center of Makati.
