The expansion strengthens Maxim’s presence in the Philippines while providing residents and local businesses with a more convenient way to travel, purchase essentials, and send items across the city.
Through the Maxim app, customers can book tricycle rides with fares calculated before the trip begins based on their pickup and drop-off locations. They can also be picked up directly from their preferred location, eliminating the need to go to a designated tricycle terminal. In addition, Maxim offers pabili and delivery services with fees starting at PHP10, allowing customers to conveniently send groceries, meals, documents, parcels, and other everyday essentials while helping local businesses expand their reach at lower transportation costs.
To enhance customer safety, the Maxim app features an SOS button, real-time trip tracking, confidential in-app calls and chat with driver-partners, ride monitoring, and 24/7 customer support.
The platform also helps make tricycle and delivery services more efficient by allowing driver-partners to receive bookings nearest to their location, helping reduce unnecessary travel time and fuel consumption. Driver-partners also have the flexibility to choose which orders to accept, while tricycle driver-partners can continue serving their regular passengers and operate along their usual routes.
