Davao City – Some 1,000 entries are expected to answer the starting gun when the 2026 edition of the Pink Run reels off on and out and back course starting at the SM City Davao grounds on 11 October.
“This annual run is part of our Breast Awareness Month,” said organizer Dr. John Kristoffer Manicani Japzon, on Thursday’s, 1 October Davao Sportswriters Association (DSA) Forum.
Runners will see action in the 3K, 5K and 10K race routes with proceeds going to the Breast Cancer patients in Davao City.
“We only limit our entries for 1,000. For now, registration is closed,” said Japzon who added that the Pink Run is presented by Surgical Oncology in partnership with the Philippine Society of General Surgeons Inc. and Philippine College of Surgeons Davao Southern Mindanao Chapter.
