THE DAVAO City Police Office (DCPO) confiscated P540,594.56 worth of shabu and 1,059.60 worth of marijuana in multiple operations from Dec. 7 to Dec. 13.
The total volume of meth.and marijuana they inventoried reached 79.4992 grams and 8.8300 grams, respectively.
The 39 suspects caught in the anti-illegal drug operations face charges for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
Acting city director Col Mannan C. Muarip said they also launched 16 anti-illegal gambling operations, leading to the arrest of 15 gamblers, seizure of P4,055.00 bet money, and the filing of 15 cases.
Meanwhile, 35 operations against fugitives yielded 35 arrests, including 17 most wanted persons.
Four operations on loose firearms resulted in the arrest of one suspect, the seizure of a firearm, the surr under or three firearms, and one case filed.
In total, 90 individuals were arrested for various offenses.
