Globe Prepaid customers have the opportunity to extend help to communities affected by the recent magnitude 7.6 earthquake in Davao Oriental through GoGIVE on the GlobeOne app until October 26. Donations made through the platform will go to the Philippine Eagle Foundation to provide food and medical supplies to affected families.

“Each act of giving, no matter how small, becomes part of a larger effort to uplift families in their most difficult moments,” said Yoly Crisanto, Globe’s Chief Sustainability and Corporate Communications Officer. “With our networks back up and our communities coming together, we want to show that recovery is possible when compassion leads the way.”

Existing GoGIVE users can log into the GlobeOne app, open their GoGIVE account, and choose “Rebuild Hope: Earthquake Relief for Davao” to send their hearts. New users can download the GlobeOne app, tap the GoGIVE icon, and start collecting hearts to support ongoing relief and rehabilitation programs in the area.

With its network now fully restored across all affected areas, Globe continues to extend support to communities impacted by the earthquake. Through Ayala Foundation, Globe also held relief operations for 1000 families in Manay, Davao Oriental, with the help of Globe volunteers and members of the We Are Ayala Business Club (WABC) Davao.
