TENOR Kevin Gomez takes center stage in Australia come August.
“Mga Awit Sa’min: Songs from Our Homeland,” a recital timed with the Philippines’ Buwan ng Wika, will feature obra from Nicanor Abelardo, Francisco Buencamino, and National Artists Fransisco Santiago, Lucio San Pedro, Felipe Padilla de Leon Sr., and Ryan Cayabyab. Gomez sings with fellow artists Sherla Najera, soprano, and Jennifer Enchelmaier, pianist.
The show starts at 6:30 p.m. on August 29, 2025 at the Ian Hanger Recital Hall, Queensland Conservatorium in Brisbane.
