TO BOLSTER operation oversight and effectiveness, Davao City Police Office (DCPO) chief PCOL Peter B. Madria spearheaded a staff conference and command conference on Oct. 1, 2027.

The conference brought together commanders to evaluate ongoing operational concerns, streamline inter-unit coordination, and ensure all local police stations strictly meet their performance targets and public safety deliverables.

During the meeting, Madria directed all station commanders to prioritize campus security and proactive community outreach in their respective jurisdictions. He also instructed them to heighten security measures and police visibility within all school vicinities.

All units must reinforce close collaboration with recognized DCPO force multipliers to deter local threats. Police station commanders must also regularly conduct educational symposiums, school visitations, and community dialogues.

Finally, the police stations were urged to maximize the use of social media platforms to publish operational accomplishments and public advisories.
