DAVAO City Police Office (DCPO) director ColPeter Bauzon Madria spearheaded a peace and order meeting at the Barangay 27-C conference hall on Friday afternoon, April 17, to further fortify community-level security.

Accompanied by Police Station 1 (Sta. Ana) commander Maj Richee M. Lagnayo and deputy station commander Maj Marc Hedssel Culaste, Madria met with local officials to synchronize anti-crime strategies and grassroots law enforcement.

During the session, Lagnayo presented a comprehensive report on the local crime situation, current personnel deployment, and ongoing intervention programs.

The meeting served as a platform for barangay chairpersons to voice out safety concerns and logistical issues through an open forum.

Madria praised the leadership of Barangay 27-C for their consistent support, stressing that police visibility is only effective when backed by strong community cooperation.

“We recognize that the heart of public safety lies in our collaboration with the barangays,” Madria said. “Maintaining peace and order is a shared responsibility, and our intervention programs are designed to be more responsive to the specific needs of each neighborhood.”

The meeting is part of the DCPO’s broader commitment to the PNP Patrol Plan 2030, aiming for a more transparent and felt police service across Davao City’s districts.
