AN EARLY morning fire swept through a residential area in Zone 4, North San Juan, Barangay Centro San Juan, Agdao District, on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, leaving four families displaced.
Firefighters brought the flames under control within minutes, preventing further damage and ensuring no casualties.
According to the Davao City Fire District Station’s initial investigation report, the alert was first raised at 8:23 a.m., immediately reaching the 1st Alarm Status.
Firefighters responded swiftly, declaring the fire under control by 8:46 a.m. and officially declaring a fire-out at 9:05 a.m.
The report said the incident affected four families and seven individuals, with one house being totally damaged and another house partially damaged.
The Davao City Fire District is currently investigating the cause of the blaze.
Meanwhile, the local government extended assistance to the affected individuals.
