MAKATI CITY, Philippines – Ayala Corporation was ranked the No. 1 company in the Philippines for the third straight year in TIME and Statista’s World’s Best Companies, affirming its leadership in creating value and driving positive impact through purpose-driven businesses.
The conglomerate, one of the Philippines’ oldest and largest conglomerates, was recognized among the world’s best for high employee satisfaction, strong revenue growth, and robust environmental, social, and governance practices.
Ayala, which recorded its strongest year ever in 2024, topped 10 Philippine companies that also made the list. It was ranked 210th in the world, its highest yet on the index, after placing 273rd in 2024 and 309th in 2023.
The index includes companies that generated over $100 million in revenues in 2023 or 2024 and recorded growth over the last three years.
“This recognition inspires us to be an even better Ayala as we journey to our 200th year. We share this with our employees and partners, whose hard work and support helped Ayala earn this honor,” said Ayala president and CEO Cezar P. Consing.
Ayala Corporation has been ranked the top Philippine company every year in the TIME World’s Best Companies list since it debuted in 2023.
Earlier this year, Ayala Corporation and its core businesses ACEN, Ayala Land Inc., BPI, and Globe were included in the prestigious FTSE4Good Index Series, affirming the group’s sound ESG practices.
It was also recognized as one of the top 50 publicly listed companies in the ASEAN region and among the top five in the Philippines for excellence in corporate governance in the 2025 ASEAN Corporate Governance Conference and Awards.
