TAGUIG CITY — Ayala Land has opened the Arca South Transport Terminal, a new public transport hub aimed at improving mobility within Arca South and strengthening access to key destinations across Metro Manila.

Located along Arca Boulevard, the terminal is directly connected to Ayala Malls Arca South and the newly opened Arca Main Street, allowing commuters to move easily between public transport, retail areas, workplaces, and open spaces. The facility is operated by Interlux Corporation, Ayala Land’s transport partner.

The terminal serves buses, jeepneys, AUVs, and tricycles, helping organize traffic and improve daily commutes for residents, workers, and visitors. Existing routes connect Arca South to major areas including Bonifacio Global City, Makati, Alabang, Pasay, and the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), strengthening the estate’s role as a southern access point.

Designed for everyday convenience, the terminal includes retail kiosks, food outlets, PWD‑accessible restrooms, and a dedicated lactation room, creating a more comfortable and inclusive commuting environment.

The terminal opening coincides with the launch of Arca Main Street, a 26,000‑square‑meter pedestrian‑focused corridor that links key destinations within the estate. The Main Street connects Ayala Malls Arca South, Arca South Pitch, and nearby residential communities through shaded walkways, open areas, and spaces for events and day‑to‑day leisure.

Looking ahead, the estate is set to host the planned Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange (TCITx) and future connections to the Southeast Metro Manila Expressway (Skyway Stage 4). These projects are expected to further improve regional connectivity and reinforce Arca South’s position as a major urban hub.

Arca South also hosts Ayala Land residential developments across its premium, mid‑market, and value brands. These include Ayala Land Premier’s Arbor Lanes and Gardencourt Residences, Alveo’s Park Cascades and The Veranda, and Avida Towers One Union Place and Avida Towers Vireo. Located within the estate, the communities offer residents convenient access to transport links, retail destinations, and major business districts.

Beyond housing and transport, Arca South continues to grow as a mixed‑use district. Key developments include Healthway Cancer Care Hospital, Landers Superstore, Arca South Pitch—the home of Barça Academy Manila—and the upcoming Blue Leaf events venue.

With transport infrastructure now operational and more developments underway, Arca South is shaping up as a well‑connected district that supports long‑term residential, business, and investment growth in Taguig.
