THE PNP Officers’ Ladies Club Foundation Inc. (PNPOLCFI) Davao Chapter recently organized the “LAB in Action Program: Offering Love and Care” at the Davao Oriental Police Provincial Office, a meaningful outreach initiative that provided financial assistance to PNP and NUP personnel severely affected by the recent 7.4-magnitude earthquake in Davao Oriental.
The program was formally led by BGen Joseph R. Arguelles, director of Police Regional Office XI, in partnership with Col Ritchie S. Bucol, director of the Davao Oriental Police Provincial Office. The success of the activity was made possible through the support of a remarkable partner.

Through the generous efforts of Rose Nartatez, adviser of PNP OLC Foundation Inc. (National Chapter), who spearheaded and raised the funds for this initiative, the PNP OLCFI National Chapter provided financial assistance to the affected personnel.
During the program, the OLCFI Davao Chapter–led by May L. Faco, president, and guided by Ma. Cristina D. Arguelles, adviser, other officers, and members–personally handed over donations to the beneficiaries, demonstrating the organization’s commitment to spreading love and kindness.

The gesture was met with heartfelt gratitude from the recipients, who expressed their thanks to PNP OLCFI National and PNP OLCFI Davao Chapter for their kindness and generosity. The “LAB in Action Program: Offering Love and Care” is a testament to the power of community and the impact that can be made when individuals and organizations come together to make a difference.
The PNP OLCFI’s selfless act of kindness has brought hope and relief to those affected by the earthquake, and its dedication to serving others is truly inspiring. PBGEN Arguelles commended PNP OLCFI for their selfless act, saying, “This initiative is a testament to the PNP’s core values of compassion and community service.”
The LAB in ACTION Program “Offering Love and Care” exemplifies the power of community and the impact of individuals coming together to make a difference. As PNP OLCFI, both the National and Davao Chapters continue to spread love and kindness; their efforts serve as a beacon of hope for those affected by adversity.
