TRIPLA is empowering local hotels and rental owners by building smarter booking systems that help companies grow their businesses by connecting them to more travelers.
The approach allowed one of the fastest direct booking engines to quickly expand across Asia.
Following successful launches in South Korea, Thailand, and Indonesia, TRIPLA officially entered the Philippines in April 2025. The company is making waves for its focus on easy-to-use innovation, fair pricing, and support for businesses of all sizes.
TRIPLA helps properties reduce their reliance on expensive online travel agencies, allowing owners to keep more of their hard-earned money. The company offers a comprehensive all-in-one platform that integrates a website booking engine, a property management system, and a channel manager to sync room availability across global networks instantly.
The platform features “triplaBot,” an advanced AI chatbot. It handles guest questions instantly 24/7 in multiple languages and smoothly transfers the conversation to a live human agent when needed, making sure no booking opportunity is missed.
Christine Gatlabayan, TRIPLA Philippines general manager, emphasized the company’s commitment to building lasting relationships, noting that their approach ensures the guest journey brings travelers back as repeat visitors.
To support this, TRIPLA features a built-in Membership and Loyalty Program. Guests can earn points on their stay, for example, earning 1 point (worth ₱1) for every ₱500 spent, which they can use for future visits. This gives independent properties access to the same repeat-customer rewards tools used by major global hotel chains.
What sets TRIPLA apart is how accessible it is for everyday business owners. Unlike rigid software providers, TRIPLA has zero minimum room requirements. Its technology works perfectly for large hotels, boutique hostels, transient homes, and even single Airbnb condo units, such as a current partner managing 17 condo units in Manila
.
To keep things stress-free for local owners, TRIPLA uses a risk-free payment model. Instead of charging heavy, fixed monthly fees, they primarily charge a small 3% commission only on bookings made directly through the owner’s website. If the owner doesn’t make a sale, TRIPLA doesn’t get paid. For larger businesses that prefer predictable costs, flexible fixed-fee options are also available.
TRIPLA is also helping boost Philippine tourism by featuring its clients on its own global platform, giving homegrown Filipino accommodations direct exposure to a massive, established network of travelers across Japan and Southeast Asia.
