THE DAVAO City Police Office (DCPO) arrested three street-level drug personalities and seized over ₱210,000 worth of illegal drugs during a buy-bust operation in Agdao on Wednesday evening, July 1, 2026.
The operational sweep resulted in the confiscation of an estimated ₱210,800 worth of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as shabu.
Police Station 16 (Ma-a) operatives, led by commander PMAJ Philip Dave A. Uddin, led the sting operation at around 6:27 p.m. in Purok Santa Cruz, Barangay Leon Garcia, Agdao District.
The operation was carried out in close coordination with the 1st and 2nd mobile force companies.
DCPO director PCOL Peter Bauzon Madria commended the operating units for their accomplishment.
The three suspects are currently under police custody, facing a formal charge for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
