THE DAVAO City Police Office (DCPO) received a significant boost to its operational capabilities following the turnover of a ₱77-million vehicle fleet from the Davao City.
The donation consists of 32 police patrol cars and three rescue vehicles designed to enhance the city’s emergency response and law enforcement mobility.
Local authorities emphasized that the new fleet will be a major asset in intensifying security measures across the city.
The increased number of patrol units is expected to improve police visibility and reduce response times in various districts.
Alongside the government-funded vehicles, the DCPO also received support from the private sector: Donation: 600 pieces of raincoats, Donor: Goldenville Development and Resources Corporation.
To provide additional protection for officers performing their duties during inclement weather.
This combined effort between the local government and private stakeholders underscores the city’s commitment to maintaining peace and order while ensuring police personnel are well-equipped for their field operations.
