Designed with convenience in mind, the updated app empowers homebuyers with smarter, hassle-free tools to stay on top of their property journey. Explore the new and improved features that make managing your home easier than ever:

  1. Access reservations and payments

Conveniently check your reservations and payments just by logging into your account on the app.

  1. Get your account statements and receipts 

Download your latest Statement of Account (SOA) and official receipts anytime.

  1. Pay directly through the app

Pay using the app through online banking or other preferred options such as E-Wallets and Over-the-counter options.

  1. Chat with our support team

If you need help and/or inquiries, you can instantly reach us just by chatting with our 

customer support on the mobile app.

  1. Get alerts for payments and updates 

Stay on track as you will receive real-time alerts on upcoming payments, confirmations, and important updates

The previous version of Home Info+ was exclusively available to Idesia homebuyers, providing real-time updates on their account status—from reservation to house construction. Now, the new and improved Home Info Plus is accessible to all P.A. Properties homeowners and comes with enhanced features, including a built-in chat facility for customer support and a direct payment option within the app for added convenience.

How to Access Home Info Plus:

STEP 1: Download and install the Home Info Plus on your mobile device for free via the App Store or Google Play.

STEP 2:  Open the app and click Sign up.

Note: Accounts created in the old mobile app cannot be used in the new and improved version–All users must create a new account.

STEP 3: You will be asked to provide personal information once you tap the Sign Up Button.

STEP 4: After entering your credentials, tap the Login button to proceed.
