THE POLICE Regional Office XI seized an estimated ₱17.2 million worth of illegal drugs in 328 intensified operations across the Davao Region for the month of August.
Also, PRO XI successfully arrested 91 high-value individuals and 275 street-level individuals during the same period.
PRO XI director Brig Gen Joseph Arguelles commended the dedication of police operatives on the ground, emphasizing that these accomplishments highlight the commitment to upholding the directives of acting Philippine National Police chief, Lt Gen Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr.
He noted that their efforts are crucial in ensuring a safer and drug-free region.
Arguelles also issued a stern warning to those still involved in the illegal drug trade, stating that PRO XI will continue to intensify its operations until all high-value drug personalities and other lawbreakers are held accountable.
