THE 10TH Infantry Division and Police Regional Office (PRO) XI have further strengthened their cooperation in the intelligence aspect to ensure that the entire Davao Region remains safe and peaceful.

Major General Alvin Luzon, commander of the 10th ID, participated in the 1st Quarter Joint AFP-PNP-PCG Intelligence Committee–Regional Periodic Status Report on Threat Groups Validation Workshop held last March 6 at Camp Quintin Merecido, Buhangin, Davao City.

PRO XI regional director BGen. Leon Victor Rosete led the arrival honors to welcome Luzon.

The workshop aimed to consolidate reports on “threat groups,” strengthen coordination, and expedite information sharing between the AFP, PNP, Philippine Coast Guard, and National Intelligence Coordinating Agency.

Luzon emphasized that unity among agencies is the most effective weapon against any security threat.

“When intelligence is shared, validated, and acted upon together, it becomes a decisive tool—allowing us not only to protect our communities but to stay ahead of threats and prevent enemies from undermining the peace we have worked hard to achieve,” said Luzon.

The activity is part of the ongoing commitment of security agencies to maintain stability and development throughout the Davao Region through thorough validation of intelligence reports.
