DISCOVERY Samal kickstarts the holiday season celebration at The Bistro, during a special night on Nov. 19 to showcase the “12 Days of Christmas” menu of vibrant and flavorful dishes inspired by the classic Yuletide carol.
Guests were presented with a 12-course dinner experience to get a taste of each unique cuisine with their own creative presentations, along with a flair to set the mood for the festive season, all prepared by the finest chefs at The Bistro.

The lined-up dishes were A Partridge in a Pear Tree, Two Turtle Doves, Three French Hens, Four Calling Birds, Five Golden Rings, Six Geese a-Laying, Seven Swans a-Swimming, Eight Maids a-Milking, Nine Ladies Dancing, Ten Lords a-Leaping, Eleven Pipers Piping, and Twelve Drummers Drumming.
Each dish has its own tales to tell, crafted from the spirit of the Christmas carol and a blend of culinary delights.
The first dish, A Partridge in a Pear Tree, is a tender and succulent quail placed on caramelized leeks, rounded out by pear purée and sage-chestnut glaze. The second, Two Turtle Doves, is a smoked duck roulade resting against a lemon blini.

For desserts, the sweet and magnificent Seven Swans a-Swimming is where white mousse and strawberry-mango compote are stuffed together inside a dark chocolate swan perched above caviar tones of black, red, and white.

The Bistro: A Taste of the Holidays will be available on Dec 24, 2025, Christmas Eve, and is priced at P4,800 net per person.
