THE DAVAO City Police Office (DCPO) launched its ninth annual holiday outreach program, “Pamaskong Handog 2025 Alay sa Kabataan,” by providing gifts and snacks to approximately 200 children from different police stations.

Acting city director Colonel Mannan C. Muarip spearheaded the launch, alongside staff officers, station commanders, media partners, and key stakeholders, underscoring the DCPO’s commitment to community engagement.

The event started with a prayer and blessing led by Fr. Evan Esmade, parish vicar of San Pedro Church.

Held at the DCPO parade grounds, Camp Capt. Domingo E. Leonor, the ceremony included the traditional blessing of the gifts, the DCPO personnel, and the mobile patrol vehicles. Christmas gifts and snacks were then distributed to the beneficiaries.

The program also featured performances to entertain the children, including presentations from the Tribal Dance performers of Police Station 12 (Marilog) and the DCPO Dancers.

The day concluded with a festive motorcade, where DCPO mobile patrol vehicles, decorated with vibrant Christmas displays, traveled through the city to spread holiday cheer.

The DCPO extended its gratitude to its numerous stakeholders for their support, including the City Government of Davao, the Department of Labor and Development, and the Department of Trade and Industry.
