THE DAVAO City Police Office (DCPO) partnered with the private sector and civic organizations to extend aid to families affected by a recent fire in Quezon Boulevard, Barangay 23-C.

Oplan Amanah was spearheaded by the City Community Affairs and Development Unit, led by acting Major Reuben T. Libera under the direct supervision of acting city director Police Colonel Mannan C. Muarip.

The outreach program, which provided food packs, relief goods, and other essential needs, was made possible through a partnership with NCCC Supermarket and the Halaqatul ‘Ilm organization, represented by Ms. Jenney Fe Sacar and Ms. Reham Sacar.

The assistance aims to help the displaced families as they begin the difficult process of rebuilding their lives.

The DCPO highlighted the importance of synergy between government, private institutions, and civic groups, stating that such collaboration turns public service into a vital lifeline for communities in need.
