THE 25TH Infantry Battalion (25IB) completed a critical two-day logistics mission, transporting essential food packs to families affected by the recent earthquake in the Davao Region.
From Oct. 12 to 13, the 25IB facilitated the swift movement of Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) food packs from their warehouse in Barangay Panacan, Davao City, to the Provincial Capitol in Barangay Cabidianan, Nabunturan, Davao de Oro.
The relief goods are designated for families in Davao de Oro and Davao Oriental, which were hit hard by the October 10 earthquake.
The operation highlighted the unified efforts of the government to deliver timely assistance to disaster-stricken communities.
Through its collaboration with local government units and partner agencies, the 25IB reaffirmed its commitment to public service and embodied the spirit of “bayanihan” by working tirelessly to bring relief and hope to those in need.
