THE DAVAO City Police Office (DCPO) and the Philippine Air Force Tactical Operations Wing Eastern Mindanao (PAF-TOW EastMin) successfully collaborated to deliver essential health and social services through a Medical and Dental Mission held in Barangay 39-D on Friday, November 7, 2025.

The outreach activity was part of the ongoing celebration of the PAF-TOW EastMin founding anniversary.

The initiative was spearheaded by BGEN Romeo Jerome M. Dirilo, PAF, of PAF-TOW EastMin, alongside Barangay 39-D Captain Gary P. Barriga.

They jointly extended their appreciation for the robust support and participation of the DCPO and other partner agencies. Representing the Davao City Acting Director, PMAJ Reuben Libera, Chief of the City Community Affairs and Development Unit (CCADU), attended the event.

Libera distributed food packs to the mission’s beneficiaries, underscoring the police force’s commitment to community welfare.

The joint effort brought critical medical and dental care directly to residents, fulfilling the shared goal of the uniformed services and local governance to prioritize the well-being of the community.

The DCPO reaffirmed its gratitude to the Philippine Air Force and the Barangay 39-D Council, highlighting the continued partnership and collaboration essential for delivering meaningful social services to every Dabawenyo.
