THE REGIONAL Mobile Force Battalion XI successfully apprehended a Top 2 Most Wanted Person at the provincial level for the crime of Murder in Kapalong, Davao del Norte, on Oct. 27, 2025.
The arrest was the result of a relentless manhunt operation spearheaded by the RMFB XI.
The suspect, identified by the alias “Oscar,” was served a Warrant of Arrest at Purok Lumad, Sitio Dugayan, Barangay Gupitan, Kapalong, Davao del Norte.
The warrant, issued by RTC Branch 31 Judge Arlene I. Lirag-Palabrica in Tagum City, Davao del Norte, for Criminal Case No. 24739 (murder). She also recommended no bail for the suspect.
The operation was executed by intelligence operatives of the 1101st Maneuver Company, RMFB XI, led by CPT Charlie P. So Jr., officer-in-charge, under the direct supervision of commander Col Joseph A. Fajardo Jr.
The lead unit coordinated closely with several agencies, including the Kapalong Municipal Police Station, the Provincial Intelligence Team-Davao del Norte, the Regional Intelligence Division XI, the 1st Davao del Norte Provincial Mobile Force Company, and the Davao del Norte Provincial Intelligence and Detection Management Unit.
Fajardo Jr. lauded the operatives for their professionalism and teamwork, emphasizing the RMFB 11’s continued commitment to pursuing wanted individuals and maintaining peace and order across the Davao Region.
Alias Oscar has been brought to the Kapalong Municipal Police Station for documentation.
Meanwhile, the Philippine National Police called on the public to continue their active cooperation by reporting information that may lead to the arrest of wanted individuals.
