THE DAVAO City Police Office (DCPO) arrested 116 individuals and confiscated over ₱583,000 worth of illegal drugs between Oct. 19 and Oct. 25, 2025.
Acting city director Col Mannan C. Muarip said the DCPO conducted 37 anti-illegal drug operations, resulting in the arrest of 42 suspects and the seizure of 84.5650 grams of shabu, with an estimated Standard Drug Price (SDP) of ₱575,042.00, and 66.4700 grams of marijuana (SDP: ₱7,976.40).
For wanted persons, there were 38 individuals arrested across 38 operations, including 18 classified as most wanted persons. For illegal gambling, there were 17 operations that led to the arrest of 29 gamblers, the seizure of ₱5,216.00 in bet money, and the filing of 17 cases.
Police also launched seven operations against loose firearms, which led to the arrest of seven suspects and the confiscation of seven firearms.
An additional two firearms were accounted for (one surrendered, one recovered), with seven cases filed.
