THE 10TH Infantry “Agila” Division (10ID) conducted a Medical and Dental Civic Action Program for around 300 residents of Barangay Tuboran, Mawab, Davao de Oro, on Oct. 26, 2025.

Division commander Major General Allan Hambala spearheaded the event, which included a ceremonial gift-giving activity, alongside Barangay Chairman Honorable Rolando Gono.

The day-long program offered essential services to the local community, including free medical and dental consultations, distribution of necessary medicines and vitamins, and a feeding program.

Gono expressed his deep gratitude to the 10ID for its consistent support.

“We are deeply grateful to the 10ID for their continued attention and service to our community. This is already the second MEDCAP conducted here,” Gono said, highlighting the sustained partnership in promoting peace and development.

Hambala reaffirmed the command’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding communities and promoting growth toward lasting peace and development.

“May this activity remind you that the 10ID stands ready to serve you with our utmost dedication and capability,” Hambala said.

In addition to the medical services, personnel from the 10th Civil-Military Operations (10CMO) Regiment conducted an information drive and presentation on the West Philippine Sea.

The session aimed at raising public awareness and promoting national consciousness on territorial integrity and maritime rights.

Since establishing its permanent headquarters in Barangay Tuboran in 2011, the 10ID has consistently supported the barangay’s 12 puroks, reinforcing its role as an active partner and steadfast ally in peace, progress, and public service.
